All of our appointments are by phone. Dr. Dave will call you at the scheduled time to discuss your condition, answer your questions, and collect details for your renewal application.
We prepare your application
We will mail you all the forms you need to apply for your medical marijuana card renewal.
You submit your application
Complete the application and mail it in with your $40 registration fee.
That's it!
In 2 to 4 weeks, your new card should arrive in the mail.
